Schools with Federal Title IX or California Equity in Higher Education Act Exemption

California Education Code Section 66290.2 requires education institutions in the state who hold exemption from federal Title IX provisions or California Equity in Higher Education Act provisions to notify the Student Aid Commission.

2019-20 Eligible and Ineligible Cal Grant Schools

On November 1, 2018, the California Student Aid Commission certified the U.S. Department of Education's 2015 3-year cohort default rates applicable to Cal Grant participating schools for the 2019-20 academic year.

2018-19 Eligible and Ineligible Cal Grant Schools

On November 1, 2017, the California Student Aid Commission certified the U.S. Department of Education's 2014 3-year cohort default rates applicable to Cal Grant participating schools for the 2018-19 academic year.

2017-18 Eligible and Ineligible Cal Grant Schools

On November 1, 2016, the California Student Aid Commission certified the U.S. Department of Education's 2013 3-year cohort default rates applicable to Cal Grant participating schools for the 2017-18 academic year.

2016-17 Eligible and Ineligible Cal Grant Schools

On November 1, 2015, the California Student Aid Commission certified the U.S. Department of Education's 2012 3-year cohort default rates and 2013 graduation rates applicable to Cal Grant participating schools for the 2016-17 academic year.

2015-16 Eligible and Ineligible Cal Grant Schools

On November 1, 2014, the California Student Aid Commission certified the U.S. Department of Education's 2011 3-year cohort default rates and 2012 graduation rates applicable to Cal Grant participating schools for the 2015-16 academic year.
